along with a date for our online presentation to finalize your project
[We do require full payment during this
consultation time].
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

ON SITE CONSULTATION
Our design team will create a rough draft 3D rendering. The design work will be about 80% complete and ready for you to review.
3D images are sent out 8-10 days after Onsite Consultation. You’ll be able to gather FEEDBACK and share it with us in our online presentation.
The amount of time needed to create this rough draft 3D rendering is included in the cost of our services.

Once you have had some time to go over the renderings (about 80% Complete), we meet at our scheduled online go-to-meeting session and make any necessary modifications to the plan.

If any additional design time or drafting
requirements are needed beyond the 2 hours, we charge our clients an hourly rate of $100/hr. (2 Hour
Minimum)
At the end of this stage, you’ll have a completed design and will receive a finalized detailed plan along with
finished 3D rendering Images within 48 hours.
